Martin, Brian, and later Nathan and James (I think those names are right) were real troopers despite the stairs, steep drive and heat. In an age where poor service is the norm, they were punctual, efficient but careful and nothing was too much trouble for them. Dear Mr Adams,

I am writing to say how much we appreciated the service you provided for us when we moved house on Friday 30th May 2008 from Woodville Gardens to Paradise. It was a difficult time for us made easier by your professional and friendly staff Bob and Lee. We were missing a small table leg protector - difficult to replace and checked with your staff hoping it may have been still in the van. When it couldn't be found an amazing thing happened, Mark came and took a copy and made us a replacement piece. In today's world this is service indeed and we were very grateful. We don't foresee a move for us in the near future but will be sure to recommend you and your team whenever the need arises. I am writing to let you know how impressed I was with your company. Having experienced most unsatisfactory removalists in the past, I feel I must let you know how absolutely delighted I was on Saturday 3rd May to have Bob and Martin arrive from your company to move me. These 2 gentlemen were both efficient and professional. I would like to bring your attention to the outstanding service I received from you company early this year. On the 21st of February, I used your removalist service to move my personal effects and furniture from Church Terrace, Walkerville to Heather Road in Stirling. I would like to say that the two young men from your company were extremely professional and provided an exemplary service. They moved my goods in a timely manner and nothing was too much trouble for them. They took a great deal of care to ensure that all of my goods were transported carefully without any damage whatsoever.
